Improving our health is difficult when we are stressed and out of balance. A wellness coach helps clients make positive and lasting changes to their health by guiding them through a process of creating a vision for their health and well-being, developing a healthy mindset and healthy habits, and by encouraging and inspiring them until they reach their goals.
